As of now, we have instituted a strict policy mandating that all vendors on our platform must possess a vendor-bound security which funds the Escrow service.
We have taken the proactive step of removing any sellers of dubious reputation from our marketplace
At this moment, there are NO vendors without a vendor-bound on our market allowed anymore.
We provide three distinct tiers of Escrow protection limits,
each contingent on the level of successful transactions accomplished by individual vendors.
How it works
1. Place your order.
2. Black Market will generate a unique Escrow Wallet address linked to your order ID
3. Deposit the specified amount into the provided Escrow wallet.
4. Once two network confirmations have been received,
both you and the seller will receive notifications confirming the deposit in the Escrow wallet.
5. The seller is obligated to dispatch the products within a 10-day timeframe.
6. Upon receiving the goods, you confirm the receipt.
7. The seller's provided wallet will be credited accordingly.
8. Leave a product review.
The Escrow timeframe terminates after 10 days, at which point the funds are automatically transferred to the seller. During this 10-day period, customers have the option to initiate a dispute, prompting our Escrow Team to conduct an investigation. The presence of a dispute extends the standard timeframe, with the funds held in Escrow until a decision is reached.

To prevent suspicious behavior within our marketplace, we find it necessary to impose limitations on Escrow protection.
Transactions exceeding these tiers will no longer be eligible for protection.
